MM2H Tier Comparison

Silver Tier

The Silver Tier is ideal for individuals or families who wish to begin their new journey in Malaysia with flexibility and a moderate investment.

Minimum age: 30 years old

Fixed deposit: RM 500,000

Minimum stay: 60 days per year

Visa validity: 5 years (renewable)

Property purchase: Minimum RM 600,000

Dependents: Spouse and children below 21 years old

Employment: Not allowed

Gold Tier

The Gold Tier is designed for those seeking a longer stay and wider benefits for family and investment opportunities.

Minimum age: 30 years old

Fixed deposit: RM 2,000,000

Minimum stay: 90 days per year

Visa validity: 10 years (renewable)

Property purchase: Minimum RM 1,000,000

Dependents: Spouse, children below 30, and parents above 60 years old

Employment: Part-time work (subject to approval)

Benefits: Access to premium healthcare, fast-track immigration lane, and 1 duty-free car

Platinum Tier

The Platinum Tier is the premium choice for investors and families who want to build a deeper, long-term connection with Malaysia.

Minimum age: 30 years old

Fixed deposit: RM 5,000,000

Minimum stay: 180 days per year

Visa validity: 15 years (renewable)

Property purchase: Minimum RM 2,000,000

Dependents: Spouse, children (any age), and parents above 60 years old

Employment: Allowed to start a business or invest

Benefits: Exclusive concierge support, premium immigration services, and 2 duty-free cars。

2. Eligibility check & document preparation – we’ll assist you in compiling necessary paperwork.

3. Submit application via our licensed MM2H agent, and await Conditional Approval Letter (CAL).

4. Upon CAL, open fixed deposit account and purchase property as required.

5. Visa endorsement & issuance – receive your Social Visit Pass and get ready for your Malaysian journey.

6. Ongoing support – EstateCircle remains your local partner for property search, banking, schooling and living in Malaysia.

*Documents Required 

For the principal applicant and dependents:

Passport copies (all pages) and latest visa/entry stamps. 

Certified true copies of marriage certificate/birth certificates (for dependents).

Police clearance certificate from country of origin. 

Medical insurance policy valid in Malaysia & medical report. 

Proof of fixed deposit and property purchase (as per tier).

Other supporting documents as required (e.g., resume, bank statements).
